- Rendering Updates — Produce and revise 3D renderings throughout Design Development to support client and stakeholder review.
- Construction Administration Support — Respond to RFIs and provide technical clarifications as needed once construction begins.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with experience in commercial projects
- PRC license (Certified Interior Designer) required — this role involves preparing documents for a commercial space, which under Philippine law (RA 8534) must be signed and sealed by a licensed interior designer for permitting and legal compliance

- Experience producing IFC-level construction document packages
- Experience preparing BOQ/BOM documentation for tender
- Rendering capability (please specify software: Enscape, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Twinmotion, etc.) with realistic turnaround expectations
