Job Description

Interior Designer FF&E (Hospitality)

A leading US-based interior design studio specializing in hospitality projects is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with strong expertise in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). This is a full-time, remote position supporting US-based project teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering full-scope FF&E packages for large-scale hotel and casino developments in the United States, including work with brands such as Marriott or comparable luxury hospitality groups.

Location: Remote Philippines Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM Pacific Time Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $1,000$1,600 USD/month, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

FF&E Design & Documentation

  • Develop comprehensive FF&E concepts aligned with brand standards and project vision
  • Prepare detailed FF&E packages including specifications, schedules, budgets, and procurement documentation
  • Create mood boards, finish boards, material palettes, and presentation materials
  • Produce detailed drawings and documentation for bidding and construction

Hospitality Project Execution

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams
  • Ensure compliance with US building codes, ADA requirements, and hospitality brand standards
  • Participate in design reviews, value engineering sessions, and client presentations
  • Conduct site visits to review mockups, installations, and quality control

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

  • Source and select furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories, and custom pieces
  • Liaise with domestic and international vendors
  • Review shop drawings and samples for approval
  • Monitor production timelines and support installation process

Budget & Schedule Management

  • Assist in preparing and managing FF&E budgets
  • Track procurement schedules and delivery timelines
  • Support cost analysis and value engineering efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality interior design
  • Proven experience on US-based hotel and casino projects
  • Experience working with major hospitality brands such as Marriott or similar
  • Strong knowledge of FF&E specifications and documentation standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of US codes, ADA compliance, and hospitality brand guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale integrated resort or casino developments
  • Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms and FF&E tracking systems
  • NCIDQ certification
