Interior Designer FF&E (Hospitality)
A leading US-based interior design studio specializing in hospitality projects is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with strong expertise in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). This is a full-time, remote position supporting US-based project teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering full-scope FF&E packages for large-scale hotel and casino developments in the United States, including work with brands such as Marriott or comparable luxury hospitality groups.
Location: Remote Philippines Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM Pacific Time Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $1,000$1,600 USD/month, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
FF&E Design & Documentation
- Develop comprehensive FF&E concepts aligned with brand standards and project vision
- Prepare detailed FF&E packages including specifications, schedules, budgets, and procurement documentation
- Create mood boards, finish boards, material palettes, and presentation materials
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for bidding and construction
Hospitality Project Execution
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with US building codes, ADA requirements, and hospitality brand standards
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering sessions, and client presentations
- Conduct site visits to review mockups, installations, and quality control
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Source and select furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories, and custom pieces
- Liaise with domestic and international vendors
- Review shop drawings and samples for approval
- Monitor production timelines and support installation process
Budget & Schedule Management
- Assist in preparing and managing FF&E budgets
- Track procurement schedules and delivery timelines
- Support cost analysis and value engineering efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality interior design
- Proven experience on US-based hotel and casino projects
- Experience working with major hospitality brands such as Marriott or similar
- Strong knowledge of FF&E specifications and documentation standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of US codes, ADA compliance, and hospitality brand guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale integrated resort or casino developments
- Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments
- Familiarity with procurement platforms and FF&E tracking systems
- NCIDQ certification
