Job Summary

ASYA Design is seeking an Interior Designer with 2–4 years of relevant experience to support the planning, design development, technical documentation, and implementation of interior design projects.

The role involves client presentations, working drawings, material specifications (FF&E), site coordination, supplier coordination, and project implementation with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Develop complete interior design drawings and technical documentation.
• Prepare material specifications, FF&E schedules, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and project coordination meetings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
• Support project implementation, punch listing, and project close-out activities.
• Handle project coordination and stakeholder management with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
• A Licensed Interior Designer is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experienced in preparing working drawings, technical documentation, and material specifications (FF&E).
• Capable of handling site coordination, supplier coordination, and client presentations.
• Experience in hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, residential, or corporate projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical detailing, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
