- Total of 5-7 years working experience
- Preferred to be a licensed architect/interior designer but can be waived if portfolio is extensive
- Must know softwares like AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, ARCHICAD, REVIT.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to take ownership of the visual integrity and aesthetic upkeep of our development. Unlike a traditional construction-phase role, this position focuses on the continuous curation, styling, and maintenance of the property post-build. You will serve as the guardian of the development's design language—ensuring that all interior spaces, tropical landscapes, and exterior site conditions consistently reflect a standard of quiet luxury and cohesive design.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design Styling & Upkeep
- Visual Curation: Regularly audit and style common areas, pavilions, and model units to ensure they maintain an elevated, welcoming atmosphere.
- Material Maintenance: Oversee the care and preservation of high-end finishes, such as unfilled travertine, natural stone surfaces, and custom woodwork, coordinating with maintenance teams on proper cleaning and restoration protocols.
- FF&E Management: Manage the repair, reupholstery, or replacement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to prevent visual wear and tear.
Landscape & Exterior Aesthetics
- Tropical Landscape Oversight: Monitor the health, density, and visual appeal of outdoor spaces, working closely with groundskeepers to maintain lush tropical planting and hardscapes.
- Aesthetic Integration: Ensure functional site elements (such as air-conditioning units, utilities, and back-of-house areas) remain properly concealed through structural integration or strategic planting, such as tall rhapis hedges.
- Site Walkthroughs: Conduct daily/weekly site inspections to identify and immediately address any visual discrepancies, lighting burnouts, or architectural degradation.
Design Coordination & Vendor Management
- Brand Guardianship: Act as the final approver for any minor site modifications, seasonal decor installations, or signage updates to ensure they align with the development's core aesthetic.
- Contractor Collaboration: Source, brief, and manage specialty contractors, artisans, and landscapers for specific upkeep projects or aesthetic upgrades.
- Budgeting: Assist in forecasting the annual budget required for design maintenance, seasonal styling refreshes, and landscape replacements.
