Project Manager (Interior Design)

We are an interior design firm in a phase of operational improvement and growth. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can bring structure, leadership, and clarity to both project delivery and client management.
This role suits someone who thrives in environments that need process ownership, decisive leadership, and strong client-facing communication.
Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will oversee interior design projects end-to-end while owning client relationships and establishing effective project processes. You will act as the central point of coordination between clients, designers, and stakeholdersensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage interior design projects from initiation to completion
- Own and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Set clear expectations with clients on scope, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Establish and improve project management processes, workflows, and documentation
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Drive accountability across internal teams and external consultants
- Proactively identify risks, manage changes, and resolve issues
- Ensure consistent communication, reporting, and follow-ups with clients and teams
- Maintain clear records of decisions, approvals, and changes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in interior design, architecture, or creative industries
- Native or near-native English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to unstructured or inefficient environments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable setting up systems, templates, and workflows from scratch
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, Jira)
