Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Hong Kong-based Interior Design team, with a strong background in hospitality. Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the design direction and delivery of current and upcoming projects across the Group. This role will manage and guide a team of designers while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive, highquality design outcomes aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead coordination between internal teams, external consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and uphold the organisation's standards for design excellence.
- Review and guide all design documentation including finishes, FF&E, lighting, artwork, and accessories to ensure cohesion with the overarching design vision and project objectives.
- Support project delivery teams throughout all stages, ensuring consultants and contractors meet required quality levels, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.
- Prepare and contribute to design presentations for senior leadership, clearly articulating design intent, space planning, layouts, and FF&E selections for milestone approvals.
- Develop and maintain clear design narratives and briefs, collaborating closely with consultants to deliver practical, durable, and costeffective solutions aligned with operational needs and project budgets.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitalityfocused interior design covering hotels, F&B, retail, or luxury mixeduse gained within top design studios, consultancies AND corporate development environments - REQUIRED.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams, collaborate confidently with senior executives, and drive a unified design direction across multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced project management and organisational capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects from concept through to completion while upholding high design standards.
- Robust technical and creative design aptitude, including space planning, FF&E, materials, design processes, and proficiency in key software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline (Master's preferred), with at least 8 years of relevant industry experience
- This role is a relocation role based in Hong Kong with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
