As the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Specialist, you are responsible for executing media and communication strategies that align with the company's marketing and business objectives. This role manages media planning, execution, and performance tracking across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute effective media strategies by recommending optimal media mix (ATL, Digital, Influencer, etc.) and driving data-informed decisions using media principles
- Develop innovative strategies, leverage consumer trends, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end project management of media campaigns, including brief development, agency collaboration, budget optimization, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (brand, agencies, finance, production, etc.) to align on project objectives and execution.
- Initiate and manage assigned campaigns/projects from brief development to execution and measurement.
- Analyze media performance, negotiate media rates, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in IMC, Marketing Communications, or Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is an advantage
- Background in media planning, brand activation, and omnichannel strategy across ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to optimize media investments, analyze campaign performance, and drive ROI using data-driven insights.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams
