Job Description
- Record intercompany journal entries and ensure accurate transaction documentation.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze intercompany invoices and outstanding balances.
- Monitor and manage intercompany transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure proper valuation of intercompany transactions.
- Prepare accruals for recurring transactions and ensure timely recognition of expenses.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with both external and internal audits.
- Proactively propose opportunities for automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA is an advantage but not required.
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and intercompany frameworks.
- Experience with SAP FI/CO, and Blackline is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
