Intelligence Operations Analyst

We are seeking an Intelligence Operations Analyst to support real-time monitoring and situational awareness for global security incidents and emerging risks. In this role, you will identify and assess events that may impact employees, facilities, operations, executive travel, or business continuity.

The ideal candidate has experience in security operations, intelligence, emergency management, or risk monitoring and can quickly analyze information, communicate clearly, and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor global security events, emerging threats, and incidents using open-source intelligence (OSINT), news sources, and social media.
• Identify and assess risks that could impact employees, assets, facilities, executive travel, or business operations.
• Review and triage incoming alerts to determine relevance and escalation requirements.
• Provide timely situational awareness and initial assessments of security incidents and disruptive events.
• Draft and distribute incident alerts, notifications, and operational updates.
• Support elevated monitoring during high-risk events and developing crises.
• Assist with research, information gathering, and data analysis for incident response and intelligence reporting.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and shift documentation.
• Collaborate with security teams and cross-functional stakeholders to share information and support decision-making.
• Participate in shift handovers and support operational surge requirements when needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in security operations, intelligence analysis, emergency management, risk monitoring, international relations, or a related field.
• Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), Intelligence Operations Center, Command Center, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze large volumes of information and identify actionable intelligence.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with OSINT research, social media monitoring, and situational awareness tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule in a fast-paced operational environment.
