Are you a bridge-builder between business strategy and technical execution We are looking for an experienced Integrations Technical Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will serve as the essential functional-technical link connecting our business stakeholders, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Integration Development teams.

What You Will Do:
- Requirements Elicitation: Gathering and translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Solution Design: Architecting and designing seamless, end-to-end integration workflows.
- Technical Documentation: Creating detailed technical mapping and data transformation documentation for our development teams.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring all integrations maintain high quality and strictly align with our enterprise standards.
Note: This is an analytical and design-focused role. You will not be required to perform hands-on development within the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst specializing in system integrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce, Workday, and other major SaaS application ecosystems.
- Solid conceptual and architectural experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (or equivalent iPaaS platforms). While you won't be coding, this knowledge is essential for collaborating effectively with our Integration Developers and Architects.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Analysis & Design
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops for new and existing integrations across Workday, Payroll, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
- Translate functional requirements into comprehensive end-to-end technical specifications, including source-to-target mappings, payload definitions, transformation rules, and error-handling strategies.
- Design robust integrations utilizing Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and PECI-based outbound data feeds.
Workday & HR Integrations
- Serve as the primary Technical Analyst for all inbound and outbound Workday integrations.
- Apply hands-on expertise with PECI integrations, third-party payroll interfaces, and core HCM downstream connections.
- Partner tightly with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to guarantee data accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity.
MuleSoft & Enterprise Collaboration
- Create and own the technical design and mapping artifacts utilized by our MuleSoft Development team.
- Collaborate with MuleSoft Architects and Developers to validate the feasibility, performance, scalability, and security of integration designs.
- Drive defect analysis and triage across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-production phases.
Salesforce & SaaS Integrations
- Analyze and support integrations across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
- Leverage a deep understanding of Salesforce data models, APIs, and integration patterns to guide design discussions for inbound/outbound MuleSoft flows.
Documentation, Tooling & Agile Delivery
- Map out clear, production-ready integration architecture flows using Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent diagramming tools.
- Support change and release activities utilizing Change Sets and deployment tools like Gearset.
- Thrive in an Agile delivery framework by participating in sprint ceremonies and taking full lifecycle ownership—from initial discovery all the way through hypercare and governance-aligned releases.
Requirements:
Core Qualifications (The Must-Haves)
- Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing and navigating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, alongside a strong track record of configuring AppExchange integrations.
- Custom Development & Deployment: Proven ability to build custom solutions using Salesforce Flows and practical experience utilizing change sets and deployment tools like Gearset.
- Agile Delivery: Demonstrable experience driving the complete project lifecycle within a structured Agile environment, actively participating in sprints.
Bonus Points (Highly Desirable)
- Expanded Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with Pardot, DocuSign, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Complex System Integration: Previous project experience managing and designing interfaces between multiple enterprise systems.
- Business & Industry Acumen: A deep understanding of the underlying business processes supported by production systems. A background in the Technology or Professional Services sectors is a major plus!
- Dynamic Environments: Comfort and proven success working across multi-state locations, distributed time zones, and within environments undergoing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
