About the Role
Put your integration expertise behind the systems that keep digital commerce moving. As an Integration Services Developer - E-Commerce, you'll troubleshoot ETL workflows, Sage 500 ERP integrations, SQL Server performance, and data discrepancies while developing business-critical reports. The Qualification We Seek
- 3-5 years of professional experience in SQL Server development, maintenance, SSIS, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI within enterprise-level environments
- Solid understanding of relational databases, database design principles, and SQL Server performance tuning
- Practical experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by strong active listening abilities
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, establish priorities, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and develop new technical skills; professional certification is not required
Your Daily Tasks
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes that import and synchronize data between multiple e-commerce platforms and Sage 500 ERP.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies involving customer orders, inventory, shipments, payments, pricing, and product information.
- Monitor scheduled integration jobs and proactively identify and address failures before they impact business operations.
- Document integration processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date technical specifications.
- Support and optimize database maintenance activities, including SQL Agent jobs, indexing, backups, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with department managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to identify, understand, and translate reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain business-critical reports supporting Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, and Executive Management.
