Job Description: Offshore Integration Lead (Director)
Position Overview:The Integration Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions that enable seamless communication and data flow across various systems and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integration strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Strategy Development:
- Design and implement integration architectures that align with business objectives and technology strategies.
- Develop and maintain integration standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
System Integration:
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for integration and optimization.
- Lead the development and deployment of integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between on-premises and cloud-based systems.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to deliver integration projects.
Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
- Evaluate emerging integration technologies and tools to recommend and implement the most suitable solutions.
- Ensure the integration architecture supports scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor and optimize integration performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to development teams and end-users on integration processes and tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12 years of proven experience providing architectural and delivery leadership for large-scale, multi-platform integration programs, including mentoring architects and engineers, governing design standards, and ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Strong knowledge of integration platforms, middleware technologies, and API management tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and Google Cloud) and cloud-based integration services.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be amenable to working on a hybrid (2-3x a week) work setup, morning shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of API's, system integration, data integration, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
