Integration Engineer

Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions, driving discussions on transformation, and ensuring that both technology and business solutions align with the clients requirements. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate functional and application designs, contributing to the overall success of integration projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. - Develop and implement integration strategies that enhance operational efficiency. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). - Strong understanding of data integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. - Proficient in SQL and database management systems. - Familiarity with cloud integration platforms and services. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing integration workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). - This position is based at our Manila office.
