The Integration Architect Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions that enable seamless communication and data flow across various systems and platforms.
This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integration strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration Strategy Development
- Design and implement integration architectures that align with business objectives and technology strategies.
- Develop and maintain integration standards, guidelines, and best practises to ensure consistency and efficiency.
2. System Integration
- Analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for integration and optimisation.
- Lead the development and deployment of integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between on-premises and cloud-based systems.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to deliver integration projects.
4. Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
- Evaluate emerging integration technologies and tools to recommend and implement the most suitable solutions.
- Ensure the integration architecture supports scalability, security, and compliance requirements

5. Performance Optimisation and Troubleshooting
- Monitor and optimise integration performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity.
6. Documentation and Training
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to development teams and end-users on integration processes and tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 8-10 yrs of managerial experience in Architectural Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of integration platforms, middleware technologies, and API management tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with cloud platforms mainly AWS, Azure and cloud-based integration services.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of API's, system integration, data integration, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
