Key Responsibilities
1. Data Center Operations
- Ensure continuous operation of Data Center facilities including HVAC, UPS, PACU, fire suppression, and security systems.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain optimal operating environments.
- Support equipment installation, expansion, and on-site activities related to network infrastructure.
2. Outside Plant (OSP) Maintenance
- Oversee OSP infrastructure (fiber and copper) for aerial, underground, and buried routes.
- Conduct OTDR testing, fiber fault isolation, splicing supervision, and restoration activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, route records, and compliance with ROW and civil standards.
3. BTS / RAN Sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BTS, microwave, and RAN-related equipment.
- Monitor alarms, respond to site issues, and support optimization activities.
- Assist in integration, upgrades, and site expansions for 4G/5G RAN technologies.
- Ensure antenna systems, feeders, shelters, and auxiliary equipment remain within operational parameters.
4. Power Systems
- Maintain site power infrastructures including generators, rectifiers, batteries, grounding, and hybrid/solar systems.
- Manage PM schedules, fuel requirements, and emergency power restoration activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety protocols and energy efficiency practices.
- Monitor and analyze power performance and load utilization.
5. Incident Handling & Network Restoration
- Provide technical support during outages and participate in incident response activities.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely service restoration.
- Support preparation of RCAs and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain updated and accurate incident documentation and operational reports.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Licensed ECE or EE preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in telecom network maintenance or operations.
- Background in OSP, BTS/RAN, power systems, or Data Center operations is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of RAN technologies (4G/5G) and BTS operations.
- Experience in microwave systems, fiber testing (OTDR, power meter), and restoration processes.
- Knowledge of power systems including generators, batteries, rectifiers, and grounding.
- Familiarity with Data Center environmental systems (HVAC, UPS, PACU, etc.).

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
