Intake Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time (with a 30-minute unpaid break), and Saturday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time (totaling 40 hours per week)

Salary: $1,300 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role involves engaging with leads, conducting initial intake calls, collecting accurate client information, and scheduling follow-up appointments with the Loan Specialist team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable speaking with US-based clients, and can manage lead interactions efficiently using CRM and communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call leads and conduct initial intake applications
  • Collect and record lead information accurately during intake calls
  • Schedule follow-up calls between leads and a Loan Specialist to review loan options
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date lead records in the CRM
  • Manage email and phone communication using designated systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, intake, customer service, or a similar client-facing role (required)
  • Clear, neutral, and easily understood English communication skills, with confidence speaking with US-based clients over the phone (required)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to follow scripts and established processes consistently
  • Experience using CRM systems and phone communication platforms, specifically GoHighLevel (GHL) and Aloware
  • Mortgage or real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
