Qualifications (US Healthcare Background Required):

At least 1 year of experience in a related field (mandatory)

Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience preferred

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work during US business hours

Available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Verify patient eligibility

Process prior authorizations

Request and manage medical documentation

Update status and follow up on requests

Make outbound calls as needed

Maintain accurate records in the system
