Your work as an Intake Specialist directly impacts our participants journey to achieving greater independence, confidence and quality of life. You're the friendly guide, the problem-solver and the organiser who makes everything run smoothly so our clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care.
About Your Role
- Manage client enquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client and clinician records.
- Support smooth onboarding for participants and their families.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with processes.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain caseload balance and clinician availability.
- Deliver a high standard of care and communication in every interaction.
Key Requirements
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in business administration desirable.
- Previous experience in administrative or team support roles; healthcare or NDIS experience a plus.
- First Aid Certificate (optional).
- Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and approachable.
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage competing tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships.
