We're looking for a Compassionate and Detail-Oriented Intake Coordinator to guide new patients from their first inquiry through the start of care. You'll coordinate intake, maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, and ensure every patient feels supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Manage the patient intake process from initial inquiry through start of care.
• Collect, verify, and maintain patient demographics, insurance, and medical information.
• Ensure all intake documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Schedule initial assessments and appointments for new patients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families during onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in EHR systems and internal databases.
• Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, recruiting, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide compassionate, responsive patient support while maintaining healthcare documentation standards.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in intake coordination, healthcare administration, patient onboarding, or a similar healthcare role.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using EHR systems and healthcare documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.

Bonus Points

• Experience in home healthcare or patient coordination.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility processes.
• Bilingual communication skills.
