Qualifications
- College graduate
- At least 2-3 years of BPO experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
- Spanish Bilingual, an advantage but not required
- Has previous experience with Hubspot and Google Workspace
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas and on a night shift schedule
