About the Role
Were looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly independent Dental Insurance Verification Agent to work exclusively with our U.S.-based partner dental clinics. This is a fully remote role where accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality are key. You will be responsible for completing insurance verifications at least 2 days before the patients scheduled appointment and ensuring all relevant information is recorded and reported appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Verification
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits using VeriSmart or other assigned platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls, send fax requests, and access insurance portals to gather full and accurate benefit information.
- Identify coverage specifics, including frequencies, limitations, co-pays, deductibles, waiting periods, and downgrades.
- Record patient dental history where applicable.
Operational Excellence
- Complete verifications at least 48 hours prior to appointments.
- Submit detailed End-of-Day (EOD) Reports.
- Escalate urgent issues promptly for resolution.
- Follow all Verrific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Compliance & Data Security
- Handle all patient data in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Use only authorized Remote Desktop Protocols for system access.
- Safeguard all EOBs and sensitive documents appropriately.
Team Collaboration & Training
- Attend mandatory training sessions and periodic performance evaluations.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with assigned clinics and the Verrific operations team.
Who Will Be a Good Fit

- Experienced in BPO, healthcare, or customer service roles.
- With dental insurance verification experience (preferred).
- Independent, reliable, and self-motivated to work in a remote night shift setup.
- Proficient in Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms.
- Familiar with HIPAA compliance, EOD reporting, and remote desktop protocols.
- Quick learners, highly trainable, and open to coaching and feedback.
- Healthy and physically fit to manage night shifts and focus-driven work.
- Located within the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna) for smoother logistics if needed.
