Role Description

Conifer Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time Insurance Verification role based on-site in Cainta. The responsibilities of this role include verifying insurance coverage and benefits for patients, communicating with insurance companies and patients, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of documentation. The Insurance Verification Specialist will work closely with the team to support efficient revenue cycle operations by confirming patient eligibility and addressing any discrepancies in insurance claims.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes, including verifying benefits and managing claims
• Basic knowledge of Finance and billing processes
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with insurance providers, patients, and team members
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on resolving inquiries and providing excellent service
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Cainta
• Familiarity with healthcare or revenue cycle processes is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in related fields are a plus
