Insurance Subject Matter Expert - Non Life Insurance (Property & Casualty)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in non‑life insurance (property and casualty, home and auto loan type). This role requires advanced knowledge in policy servicing, billing management, and high‑volume communication within a brokerage or agency environment.

Who Thrives Here:

• Strong verbal communication for professional client interactions
• Customer service background in financial services or non-life insurance preferred
• Experience with Auto Loan, Property Loan is preferred
• Detail-oriented in handling policy inquiries
• College graduate w/ 12 months contact center experience or 2-year undergraduate w/ 18 months BPO experience
