MAIN PURPOSE:
Responsible for the overall insurance sales performance of assigned Relationship Managers or Sales Regions -- driving sales goals achievement, RM activation, product penetration, and sustainable growth across all sales hubs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
SALES GENERATION
- Engages and activates partner Relationship Managers to identify prospective insurance clients. The ISC conducts financial planning interviews, prepares product presentations, and closes the sale to high net worth individual.
- Undertakes financial planning interviews using a structured presentation process, using the prescribed FNA (Financial Need Analysis) Tool.
- Ensures achievement of monthly sales goals – individual contributor and team targets.
- Analyzes, prepares adhoc reports and presents findings to superiors during performance reviews.
- Ensures that sales processes are executed in accordance with laws and company policies stated in MCG (Market Conduct Guidelines
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Actively source/generates new referrals/leads through various networking channels, and client referrals.
- Provides after-sales services
- Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of client's details.
- Monitors market development and economic trends within industry, and how these impact clients portfolio. Provides marketing feedback on products.
ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE
- Compiles production and ensures compliance with activity reports.
- Attends to all administrative functions associated with the job, including completion of application forms and attends to underwriting requirements
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Sales Heads or Distribution Head, such as attendance and execution of client events, etc.

- Branch Head/Sales Heads
- UB HO Partners
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be currently based in Cebu
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 8–10 years in insurance, bancassurance, or financial services; 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- A commendable sales performance specializing in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, Securities, Investment, etc) and in Corporate Banking or Wealth Management/Financial Planning services to HNI clients is an advantage.
SKILLS/ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
- Sustained superior sales production record.
- Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Strong internal and external customer focus. Proven expertise and experience in managing HNI clients.
- Registered Financial Planner (RFP) Certification is an advantage.
