Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services
  • Ensures all insurance requests for quotation, policy issuance and/or endorsements are attended to.
  • Track and manage policy renewals to ensure timely follow-ups and updates
  • Provide administrative support such as maintaining policy contracts, preparing documentation, and managing incoming and outgoing records.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management to support insurance sales and operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years experience in life and non-life insurance company/brokerage/agency
  • Proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and related industry principles
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Experienced in customer service, ensuring a high standard of client support and satisfaction
  • With active Life and Non-Life Insurance License is a plus
  • Familiar with AUTO/TRUCKS Insurance is a plus
