Strong verbal and written communication and good customer service
Understanding of medical, life, health, property, or other insurance products
Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools
Insurance industry work background
Self-motivated, target-driven, trustworthy, organized, and resilient
