Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–2 years in data entry, back-office ops, or insurance
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage high transaction volumes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with P&C insurance policy lifecycle
What you'll do:
- Daily policy download processing
- Review, match, and finalize insurance policy transactions in agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, Sagitta). Monitor transaction volumes and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Exception handling & escalation
- Identify unmatched or problematic transactions, escalate to the operations team, and follow through until resolved. Track exceptions and maintain communication logs.
- Team & project participation
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives, support new client onboarding, assist with testing new configurations, and help document processing procedures.
