Responsibilities
- Complete credentialing applications for major U.S. insurance companies
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending applications
- Call insurance payers to resolve credentialing delays and blockers
- Submit provider documents and corrections when required
- Track credentialing timelines, expirations, and pending items
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Assist with provider enrollment and contracting processes
- Follow through on applications until approval is completed
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives and internal teams
Performance Expectations
This is a performance-driven role with daily productivity expectations and quotas.
Candidates should be comfortable with:
- Daily application submission targets
- KPI and productivity tracking

This is not a low-pressure or chill remote position.
We are looking for professionals who treat remote work seriously and can remain fully focused during working hours. This role is not suitable for candidates planning to manage other jobs, household responsibilities, or side activities during work hours.

Experience
- Previous healthcare, insurance, or credentialing experience is a plus, but not required
