Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 2-4 years experience in the insurance
Primary Function:
Supports the Insurance Management Manager in handling insurance programs, including documentation, submissions, and payments with brokers and insurers. Manages claims by coordinating reports, evaluations, and required documents with stakeholders and adjusters. Oversees self-insurance transactions and monitors payments and claims to ensure timely processing for Petron PH, MY, and Ovincor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Insurance Management Manager on the insurance programs of Petron Corporation and its subsidiaries, including Petron Malaysia and Ovincor.
- Coordinates with proponents the insurance documentation/requirements that will be declared for monthly individual submission to Insurer for insurance cover (All Lines).
- Prepares and process the payment order/advice as billed by the Broker/Insurer/Et for insurance transactions of Petron PH (except on Marine CPI, LPG and PPI, Motor Car (Compre), Fire (SHOP) and Bonds), Petron MY and Ovincor.
- Coordinates with Broker/Insurer on the claim incident being reported by Petron PH & MY. Assist in handling and the process of having it reviewed and evaluated, prior to submission of required documents and other information required by the Loss Adjusters/Insurer, including site inspection and discussion/meeting with proponents.
- Coordinates the transaction and claims processing for Self-Insurance Program (Job Cars / Service Vehicles and Service Stations)
- Monitors and Follow-up outstanding due payments from Brokers/Insurer/Etc for necessary expenses, premium payment and claims settlement, etc. for Petron PH & MY, including Ovincor.
