Insurance Coordinator (Up to 35K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite | 11:00 PM8:00 AM PH time | MondayFriday

You own the administrative workflow for insurance documentation, ensuring that all project-related certificates, bonds, and compliance records are accurate and current. Your work follows established SOPs, document templates, and scheduled follow-up cadences aligned with strict compliance standards.

This is a high-volume processing role, not a reactive support position. You operate within clearly defined scopestracking expirations, flagging non-compliant documents for review, and maintaining insurance logsand are trusted to maintain data integrity so that operational delays are prevented. Best suited for professionals who thrive in structured environments and value meticulous record-keeping over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or back-office support roles.
  • Hands-on responsibility for document management, compliance tracking, or high-volume data entry.
  • Technical Proficiency in basic Excel (filters, sorting) and experience using ERP or document management systems.
  • Work Context Exposure operating under structured checklists and step-by-step procedures.
  • Structural Constraint: Willingness to work the night shift (11:00 PM 8:00 AM) and complete the initial 3-month onsite requirement in Cebu City.

Strong Signals

  • Experience in construction documentation or insurance processing.
  • Previous exposure to BPO or offshore service delivery environments.
  • Strong written English communication skills for vendor and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibility Pillars

Insurance Compliance & COI Processing

You own the verification cycleensuring every vendor and subcontractor has valid insurance on file before work begins.

  • Prepare and issue COI requests using provided templates.
  • Track expiration dates and execute automated renewal reminders.
  • Flag non-compliant certificates for management review.

Bonds & Policy Administration

You manage the lifecycle of project bonds and asset updates to ensure company interests remain protected.

  • Request bonds from brokers and maintain centralized bond logs.
  • Submit vehicle and equipment add/remove requests to insurance brokers.
  • Maintain organized digital insurance folders and asset schedules.

Reporting & Communication

You maintain the source of truth for compliance status across the organization.

  • Update compliance dashboards in the ERP or tracking software.
  • Respond to standard insurance document requests using pre-written templates.
  • Compile payroll and equipment lists for annual insurance renewals.
