Description

  • Process and manage insurance claims from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns related to insurance and claims.
  • Review and assess claims for property, casualty, and non-life insurance policies.
  • Work closely with account management to maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with insurance claims.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Customer Service, Account Management, Non-Life Insurance, Property and Casualty expertise
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Expertise in handling various types of insurance claims including home, auto, and fire insurance
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for remote work and flexible hours
