Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide analysis and reporting to maintain general ledger functions. Administer general claims and underwriting processing to ensure insurance quotes and proposals are reflected in tracking tools. Support customer service delivery and resolve inquiries pertaining to claim issues. Maintain working relationships with departments for processing claims and distributions
Claims Processing:
Review and process various claim forms.
Verify the validity of claims and investigate suspected fraudulent claims.
Prepare and submit claims documents for payment.
Ensure accuracy of all accounts receivable.
Data Management:
Collect and review data to determine eligibility, risk, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all claims.
Utilize relevant software and tools for data management.
Communication:
Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of claims.
Negotiate settlements and reimbursements with claimants.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on claim status.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop strategies for efficiently handling high volumes of claims.
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Open to Accountancy, Business, Finance and or other course graduate and undergraduate with strong relevant work experience
with at least 6 months strong related work experience
Amenable to work Full RTO in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
Willing to work in any shifts i.e. night shift, rotational schedule etc.
