Client Profile: A well- known Insurance company founded since 1997in Japan. The company provide services through Risk financing program and offers consulting services including risk surveys and analysis, loss controls and contract reviews.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medical, Nursing, or any related field
At least 2-3 years of work experience in medical insurance or HMO operations
Preferably with prior experience in an insurance or HMO company
Willing to work on-site from Monday to Friday
Amenable to attend on-site interviews when required

Job Responsibilities:
Identify business challenges and develop effective solutions and services to address client needs.
Monitor market trends and continuously improve knowledge of products and services.
Develop strategies to promote the company's healthcare services, Utilization Management, and TPA programs.
Develop and implement new products, services, and cost-containment programs.
Monitor, evaluate, and track the implementation and effectiveness of business strategies and plans.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
