Insurance Broker / Placement Analyst

Our client is currently looking for a Placement Analyst to join their Health and Benefits team:

Role Summary

Support the Health & Benefits team in managing client renewals and insurance placement activities across Asia Pacific. Work with clients, insurance carriers, vendors, and internal teams to gather data, analyze proposals, and prepare renewal documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client benefit renewals from start to finish.
• Collect and analyze financial, membership, and invoice data.
• Prepare RFPs, quote requests, reports, and renewal documents.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Follow up on renewal documents and employee data.
• Check benefits and invoice data for accuracy.
• Review team members work before client delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with Health & Benefits plans.
• Experience in benefits consulting, brokerage, insurance, underwriting, or actuarial work is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Setup: Hybrid 1x/week onsite in BGC (First month is fully onsite for training purposes)

Work Schedule: 9AM - 6PM (APAC)

Contract Duration: 1 year initial contract that can be extended / has a possibility of absorption by the client internally
