About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Back Office Specialist to support benefits administration and daily insurance operations. This role involves handling enrollments, policy changes, quoting, account management, and maintaining accurate client records using AMS platforms such as EASE and AgencyBloc.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced insurance environment, managing multiple accounts, and supporting U.S.-based clients during night shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Support open enrollment activities and employee benefit updates
- Process terminations, cancellations, and mid-term enrollments accurately
- Manage and maintain assigned book of business
- Prepare insurance quotes and policy-related documentation
- Handle account management and client policy servicing tasks
- Process ACORD forms and supplemental insurance documents
- Assist with audits and insurance back-office administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records within EASE and AgencyBloc systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding policy updates and requests
- Ensure timely completion of insurance servicing tasks and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance back office support or benefits administration
- Hands-on experience using EASE and/or AgencyBloc AMS platforms
- Experience handling enrollments, policy servicing, and account management
- Familiarity with quoting and managing insurance documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced insurance environment
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules to support U.S.-based clients and agencies
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours consistently.
