Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. In this role, you will provide excellent customer support through voice interactions while delivering accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Document customer interactions in company systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate (K–12) or at least 2nd year college completed.
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a voice account.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
