Role Description The Insurance Adviser is a full-time, hybrid role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, with a flexible work-from-home arrangements. The role involves advising clients on insurance products, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable life and non-life insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, preparing proposals, assisting with applications and policy servicing, and ensuring clients understand coverage, benefits, and terms. The Insurance Adviser will maintain ongoing relationships with clients, provide responsive customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to support sales, claims, and policy administration. The role also includes keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to deliver accurate, compliant guidance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge in Insurance and Finance, with the ability to explain products, benefits, and financial implications clearly.
  • Experience in Consulting and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional writing, and active listening.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively remote work.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools used for client management and documentation.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client service.
