Looking for a motivated individual, keen to surmount challenges, for an insurance administrator patient service

Job scope
- prepare financial estimates for surgeries by being clear about the various insurance programs and rates
- prepare documentation to apply for letter of guarantee where required
- email and liaise with insurance company where required
- monitor responses
- coordinate appointments with 3rd party vendors/radiology departments etc
- take appointments on phone, WhatsApp
- submit Mediclaim forms on the system
- General filing and paperwork in the clinic
- Monitor payments from patient and insurers
