• Assist with claims-related inquiries and requests
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and with empathy
• Verify customer information according to account procedures
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• No call center or insurance experience needed — BPO/customer service background a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good listening and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning insurance terms and processes
• Patient and professional when handling customer concerns
