What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients by providing exceptional customer service, policy guidance, and ongoing account support
  • Handle policy renewals, new business quotations, endorsements, cancellations, and insurance documentation
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requirements
  • Assist clients with claims enquiries and provide support throughout the claims process
  • Maintain accurate client records while supporting debtor management and general administrative operations

Key Criteria


  • Minimum Insurance Tier 2 qualification or equivalent experience within the insurance broking industry
  • Previous experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or account management is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and confident in handling inbound and outbound client communication.

Work setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am – 3pm PHT) with hybrid set up during probationary period and transitioned to fully remote after 6 months
