Maintenance Supervisor - Instrumentation

Job Purpose:

Prepare annual department budget, project and maintenance program. Budget tracking and financial forecasting of department equipment maintenance, process controls and automation including project implementation, instrument calibration and other HACCP related activities to sustain support of cannery pineapple operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and implement preventive maintenance of instruments and equipment.
2. Supervise and prepare plant wide Refrigeration and Compressed air annual plan for preventive maintenance.
3. Service, repair & overhaul air compressor to maintain compressed air supply for pneumatic equipment and instruments in the cannery.
4. Service, repair & overhaul refrigeration equipment to provide desired chilled water temperature supply to GPL, Crush, LPD, FDM & Tetra operations.
5. Service, repair & overhaul air con equipment for a comfortable working environment in process line and offices.
6. Service, repair & overhaul instruments to process good quality of pineapple products.
7. Design programs and configuration to make PLC, SCADA and HMI control process equipment accurately.
8. Analyze, repair and maintain existing PLC's, SCADA's and HMIs to avoid production loss and downtime and maintain existing instruments to achieve correct product specification set by customer.
9. Implement a pre-requisite program on Instrument Calibration in compliance with HACCP and FSSC.
10. Service and calibrate process instruments to ensure good quality and food safety of pineapple products.
11. Support 5s and TPM Program.
12. Implement planned maintenance schedule of Machines & instruments.
13. Monitor expenditures with in guidelines.
14. Check and review maintenance budget according to plan.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.

Relevant Experience:

1. 3-5yrs related experience.
2. Experience in handling teams.
3. Other related training in Process Automation, Instrumentation, Refrigeration, & Compressed Air.

Work Schedule: 6-day workweek
