Instructional Video Content Creator

Role Objective:

he Video Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality instructional and marketing-aligned training videos that demonstrate the use of home modification products (e.g., ramps, shower platforms). This role requires hands-on video creation, from planning and filming to editing and delivery, ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and instructional effectiveness. The successful candidate will apply creative storytelling, instructional design principles, and technical video editing expertise to develop engaging content that supports both training and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Capture clear, branded video footage
• Design effective instructional flow (storyboarding/scripting)
• Edit and deliver polished training videos
• Maintain brand consistency and marketing messaging
• Collaborate on training and marketing strategy integration

Job Qualifications:

• 3 plus years experience as Video Content creator particularly in Learning and Instructional videos
• Experience filming with phone or basic cameras
• Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles
• Familiarity with marketing and brand-oriented video creation
• Strong communication and creative storytelling ability
• Portfolio of instructional or product-focused videos
• Snap-on branding overlays or basic motion graphics, preferred by not essential
• Experience in home modification or practical demonstration settings, preferred by not essential.
