Position Summary
Utilize consistent processes to develop materials and events that deliver exceptional learning experiences for employees. Design engaging and interactive training for various delivery methods, including instructor-led, self-study and web-based curriculum.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and key instructional design methodologies, creating learning solutions using the A.D.D.I.E. model
- Strong conceptual thinking; ability to take raw content and create curriculum that supports delivering an engaging learning experience
- Ability to collaborate to develop project goals, training objectives and measurements by analyzing needs and proposing multiple solutions
- Creative, flexible and innovative team player; ability to work effectively within an environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills with a demonstrated history of managing priorities, workflow, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals/groups at all levels within the organization
- Consults and interacts with subject matter experts and clients to assess training needs and develop business relationships to drive corporate and individual performance
- Experience designing written training curriculum or producing high caliber technical writing in a creative, team-oriented environment; sample of work required
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate or Captivate) desirable; if not currently applicable, career path requires willingness and aptitude to upgrade technical skills
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Experience with implementing evaluations and assessments, or other business reports analyzing metrics and results
Working Conditions:
