Instructional Designer (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Description

• Design and develop interactive training content, including video-based learning with quizzes, graphics, and gamification elements
• Build end-to-end e-learning materials, from concept development to final production
• Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders to create tailored learning solutions
• Apply instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE or SAM frameworks, in content development
• Develop multi-format learning programs, including e-learning, virtual training, in-person sessions, and blended learning
• Create engaging curricula and structured learning pathways
• Use authoring tools to develop interactive and engaging content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, HR, L&D teams, and business stakeholders
• Translate complex topics into clear, learner-friendly content
• Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of learning materials
• Integrate AI tools to enhance content creation, ideation, and production workflows
• Continuously enhance learning strategies, engagement techniques, and training effectiveness
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive professional experience of 10+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning and development roles
• Strong experience creating interactive video-based training content, with portfolio required
• Hands‑on experience building end-to-end learning content, including e-learning modules and multimedia assets
• Experience working in client-facing roles, gathering requirements and translating them into training content
• Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in e-learning tools, including Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, Camtasia, or similar platforms
• Strong experience designing multi-format learning solutions, including virtual, in-person, and blended learning programs
• Strong writing, communication, and visual design skills for content development
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills, including handling multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience using AI tools, including ChatGPT or similar platforms, for content development
• Familiarity with emerging learning approaches, including microlearning, gamification, and simulation-based content, considered an advantage
• Exposure to LMS platforms, considered an advantage
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and stakeholders
