Job Description

  • The Learning Designer will create effective, engaging and user friendly learning solutions using digital software and platforms.
  • They will support the Training Design Manager with the development and review of Training conte3nt & Training Projects/initiatives.
  • Undertake the initial consultation and needs analysis through to developing and designing the learning solution (all required artefacts).
  • working closely with project teams and key stakeholders, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring that all training content meets the learning needs effectively and the Stakeholders and due diligence process.

  • Designing and developing digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, online courses, multimedia content, and interactive activities.
  • Designing and developing instructional-led workshops, virtual learning programs, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and blended learning solutions to meet identified business and learners needs.
  • Creates storyboards, scripts and design documents that outline the structure and content of the learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in Learning and Development, corporate training development, or digital content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-learning modules and video production.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in use of Articulate Storyline 360 & Articulate Rise 360
  • Good understanding of how training is developed, documented, manager and delivered.
  • Familiarity with program and project management approaches, tools, structures and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Outstanding communication/presentation skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong planning capabilities
  • Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders and various levels of specialization and seniority
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to work within a team or independently as required
  • Solid analytic and decision making abilities
  • Instructional design to an agreed or prescribed standard
  • Ability to work with tools provided
  • Analytically rigorous with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work full onsite G1-Makati (7AM-4PM Shift)
