A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
The Instructional Designer plays a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences that drive employee performance and business success. Working within the Capability and Enablement team, you will collaborate closely with Training, Operations, Quality, SMEs, and client stakeholders to transform business needs into engaging, results-driven learning solutions.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing innovative training programs using modern learning technologies and instructional design best practices. You will create high-quality learning content that supports operational goals, enhances capability, and ensures alignment with compliance and organizational standards.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities
- Translate business requirements into clear and measurable learning objectives
- Design and develop engaging eLearning, blended, and facilitator-led training programs
- Create storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessment tools
- Develop simulations and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of learning solutions
- Maintain learning documentation, asset repositories, and version control standards
- Support program implementation through pilot sessions and train-the-trainer activities
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data
- Continuously improve curriculum to align with business changes and best practices
a Bit About You
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience developing eLearning, blended, and instructor-led training programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for content creation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 tools such as Storyline and Rise, and LMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to create storyboards, guides, scripts, and training materials
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with attention to timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outputs
- Experience in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Capability Enablement
- Background in a BPO or fast-paced operational environment is an advantage
