We're seeking a Learning & Development Specialist Instructional Designer to join our internal Technical Training team on a project-based engagement through December 2026. This role blends creativity, instructional design expertise, and project management to deliver impactful learning experiences across global teams.
You'll be instrumental in designing and developing high-quality training programseLearning, instructor-led, blended formatsthat drive performance and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Conduct needs analyses to identify learning objectives and gaps
- Design learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles
- Develop eLearning modules (Articulate 360), job aids, and multimedia content
- Create storyboards, scripts, and assessments to measure learning outcomes
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders across jurisdictions
- Manage multiple projects with precision and creativity
- Maintain and update learning content based on feedback and evolving needs
Your Impact

About You
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 35 years of experience in learning design (preferably in accounting, education, or digital tech)
- Proficient in Articulate 360 and digital pedagogy
- Skilled in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy)
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Passionate about creating engaging, effective learning experiences
