Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), job aids, and assessments
Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create structured and effective learning experiences
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content
Develop storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for training programs
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Update and maintain existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to develop digital learning content
Support implementation of learning solutions via LMS platforms
Stay updated with industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
2–5 years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development
Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
