Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), job aids, and assessments
  • Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create structured and effective learning experiences
  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for training programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Update and maintain existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to develop digital learning content
  • Support implementation of learning solutions via LMS platforms
  • Stay updated with industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
