Module development includes defining of objectives, designing modules and tools, training the trainers/users, monitoring effectiveness and following through with revisions accordingly. The individual will also be providing training support and guidance to Agency Sales Group Field Partners, together with the rest of the team.
Job Responsibilities:Design and Implementation of Training Roadmap for Advisors- Design and develop relevant advisor training programs and tools (classroom and e-learning) to facilitate learning transfer based on training roadmap Coordinate with Sales Heads and Training Managers on possible skills gap with advisors in their region
- Design and develop tactical advisor training programs based on zonal/regional needs Train the trainers according to the modules developed Conduct advisor training programs based on training roadmap and other tactical programs (occasionally)
- Ensure timely delivery of advisor training programs by trainers and training managers as agreed on frequency
- Regularly monitors training effectiveness of programs developed based on expected results
- Reviews and recommends procedures and policies to enhance advisor training effectiveness and administration
- Enhance and revise modules based on relevance and effectiveness
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending professional development workshops, establishing networks and benchmarking best practices
Program Accreditation of Sales Training Officers- Cascade and accredit relevant advisor training programs to trainers and training managers
Quality Assurance of Agency Sales Training Specialist- Validates conduct and delivery of advisor training programs done by trainers and training managers
Requirements:Education- Must be a college graduate (Degree Related to the Job)
Experience- Must possess at least five (5) years of actual Industry Experience.
Special skills- Excellent quantitative, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Has good interpersonal skills to influence and impact business decisions
- Must exhibit a reputation of integrity and/or probity.
